Current Behavior

the application shows "Unable to sync" monero wallet after it was closed and reopened:

Expected Behavior

the monero wallet should sync after the pc reboot

Reproduce Steps

1. Run the application
2. Restore monero wallet from a 25 words passphrase
3. Resync the wallet
4. Close the application
5. Reboot the PC
6. Start the application
7. Go to monero wallet
8. Click "Resync"
