compilation fails on "MSYS2 MSYS"

simplecpp.cpp: In function ‘std::string simplecpp::convertCygwinToWindowsPath(const std::string&)’:
simplecpp.cpp:2393:40: error: ‘startsWith_’ was not declared in this scope

      |

It works fine with "MSYS MINGW64".
