Add support for Code cleanup integration on Visual Studio 2022 #116

It would be really pleasant if we could define rules to be applied on entire documents and make these rules be considered by the code cleanup feature.
Currently, my code is cleaned up each time I press "ctrl + s" which causes any spacing to be removed from my files.
