it should be there, we'll need to publish it manually for 4.11.1

    Triage from #1964: Confirmed via https://pypi.org/pypi/commitizen/json — 4.11.1 is not in the release history (latest on PyPI is 4.15.1). Needs a manual republish, or we just keep skipping it and only ship 4.11.2+.
