Observation forms/Form Name #983

### Describe the issue

When creating a new form and entering data in the "Form Details" section, the "Form Name" fields allow unrestricted character input, resulting in inadequate validation.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Observation forms
2. Create form
3. Click Begin new form
4. Select from "Form name"
5. Fill "Form name"

### Expected behavior

The "Form Name" fields should only allow alphanumeric characters (letters A–Z, a–z and numbers 0–9). Special characters (e.g., @, #, %, !, etc.) should be disallowed to ensure proper validation.

OS: EMUI 12.0.0
Device: Huawei Mate 10 Pro

This issue do not affect affects filtering and searching.
