OPA (Open Policy Agent) (i.e. REGO) support

Many tools use OPA for this, have you considered using it?

Hey, aware of it and have a generally bad taste of it from coder/coder - runtime performance issues and a custom language that few know.

I'm not sure what advantage it provides here over the JS runtime but open to the discussion.

I don't feel strongly. Just wanted to start the discussion.
