Remove obsolete native-binary test test_get_codeanalyzer_exec #290

Summary

tests/analysis/java/test_jcodeanalyzer.py::test_get_codeanalyzer_exec is obsolete and fails in CI
(masked by continue-on-error in the release workflow).

Details

The test asserts the old native-binary invocation:

assert code_analyzer._get_codeanalyzer_exec() == [sys.executable, "-m", "codeanalyzer_java"]

There is no longer a codeanalyzer-native build. _get_codeanalyzer_exec() now resolves a cached
Temurin JDK and runs the bundled jar:

return [str(java_bin), "-jar", str(self._locate_jar())]

so CI fails with:

assert [...'/java', '-jar', '.../codeanalyzer-2.4.1.jar'] == [..., 'codeanalyzer_java']

Fix

Remove the obsolete test (and its now-unused import sys).
