We do not need Pandas for CLDK and it is causing failure with the IBM Generative AI package for version conflict.

Remove pandas dependency.
Re-scoped 2026-07-14: pandas is already out of pyproject; the leftover is its companion pin pyarrow==20.0.0 (pyproject:31) — a direct dependency with ZERO imports anywhere in cldk/, tests/, or docs. It is now the sole cause of install failures on Python 3.14: pyarrow 20.0.0 ships wheels for cp39–cp313 only, so 3.14 users hit an Arrow C++ source build on every pip install. Fix = remove the dependency (not pin the SDK to 3.12, not bump pyarrow — nothing uses it). Closing via the removal PR.
