Mirror the agent-guidance setup from codeanalyzer-typescript: add a CLAUDE.md describing this repo (what it is, the analysis pipeline, a directory map, dev commands, working conventions, and the release-announcement upkeep task), and symlink AGENTS.md and GEMINI.md → CLAUDE.md so Claude Code, AGENTS.md-aware agents (Codex/Amp), and Gemini all read the same guidance.
