Add a Windows section to the Install docs with the PowerShell one-liner, PATH setup, and config file path. Also note the Windows config path (
%APPDATA%\codebahn\) in the Updates and Authentication sections.The install script (
scripts/install.ps1) and Windows binaries were added in #14. The upload script already uploadsinstall.ps1toreleases.codebahn.net/cli/install.ps1, but it hasn't gone live yet because no release has been tagged since #14 merged. Will go live with the nextv*tag.
