docs(mosaic): align skills and docs with the code - #10630
Part 4 of 4. The docs and skill pointed agents at code that no longer matched them, or at examples that broke their own rules.
The mosaic skill named features/user-button/ as the worked example, but the model, controller and view live in features/switcher/. It now points there.
docs/models.md showed revalidate-on-accept while AGENTS.md said replaceInPages. Both now say replaceInPages.
ARCHITECTURE.md and docs/views.md use the Switcher names. docs/controllers.md uses confirm.controller.ts as its example.
AGENTS.md "Shaping a fix" adds two rules: use an options object over extra positional args, and model a phase the user can see as a named state, not a context flag.

Walkthrough
Mosaic documentation now uses Switcher examples in place of UserButton examples across architecture, model, controller, and view sections. Controller and machine guidance distinguishes per-action effects from lifetime-fixed effects and documents confirmation success and failure transitions. Model mutation guidance describes updating cached pages after acceptance and revalidating after errors. New bug-fix guidance covers shared helpers, state handling, and contracts.
The PR is documentation-only, so production behavior is unaffected, but unresolved examples can cause copied Mosaic code to fail or teach incorrect behavior. Merge risk is low with follow-up.

A bug in a feature is often a gap in a shared helper. These rules apply to `fix` PRs as much as to features.
- **Fix the owner, don't wrap it.** When a shared helper (`src/hooks/`, `src/blocks/`, `src/components/`, `src/machine/`, or `@clerk/shared`) behaves wrongly, change the helper and its tests, then delete the workarounds. Do not spread a helper's return value to swap one method, copy a `||` that undoes one of its fields, or add a second hook beside it for one caller.

Include all shared-helper paths in the owner rule.
Line 91 omits src/utils/ and src/primitives/hooks/, although this document directs authors to shared helpers in those paths, including replaceInPages and useComposite. The omission can lead to local workarounds around broken shared helpers. Add the omitted paths or use an open-ended phrase such as “for example”.
As per coding guidelines, the owner rule must cover the shared helpers named elsewhere in this document.

- **A changed shared signature is a new pattern.** A new parameter, a return type that goes from `void` to a promise, or a returned field whose meaning changes all go through "When nothing fits: ask first".
- **One source of truth for busy.** When a machine, `usePendingAction` or `useForm` already knows an action is running, derive the flag from it: `isDisabled: actions.isPending || remove.isPending`. Do not mirror it into a second lock, or turn machine state into a promise to feed one.
- **Handle staleness through lifecycle.** A new identity remounts through a React `key`. A busy state ignores close (Controllers → Rules). Do not thread run ids or `AbortSignal`s through the model, controller and machine.

Describe busy-state close behavior correctly.
The sentence says that a busy state ignores close. At this revision, useConfirmController keeps the pending state while CANCEL sets open: false. The controller rules require closing without abandoning the in-flight effect. If an agent follows this sentence, a cancelled reverification dialog can remain open. State that OPEN and CONFIRM are ignored while pending, while CLOSE may hide the surface without leaving the busy state. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Import stylex in the styles-module example.
reverification.styles.ts calls stylex.create without importing stylex. A reader who copies this example gets an unresolved identifier.

A part exposes no `className` or `style` prop. Inside `@clerk/mosaic`, code that renders a part and needs to nudge it passes StyleX atoms through `xstyle`, declared in its own `*.styles.ts` file and composed last so they win:
```ts
// reverification.styles.ts
+import * as stylex from '@stylexjs/stylex';+
export const styles = stylex.create({ helpText: { textAlign: 'center' } });
Use a Switcher-specific diagnostic label.
The example now documents Switcher but logs [Clerk] User button action failed. This mislabels failures if an agent copies the example. Update this example and the corresponding controller log to use Switcher or a neutral label.
Show the cancellation branch in the confirm example.
The snippet sends every invoke error to confirming and stores toLocalizableError(event.error). A cancelled reverification must return to idle without an error. Add the guarded cancellation branch before the ordinary failure branch. The current confirm controller uses this split. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Import toLocalizableError in both machine snippets.
Both changed examples call toLocalizableError, but neither code block imports it. Copying either example therefore fails to compile. Add import { toLocalizableError } from '../../utils/errors';. The helper is exported from that module. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
