feat(mosaic): reopen the user profile modal after OAuth and SSO redirects - #10545
Reopens the Mosaic user profile modal on the Account page when a user comes back from connecting or reconnecting a social or enterprise account, or from verifying an email through enterprise SSO. Builds on #10523 and extends it to the enterprise and email flows.
These redirects now carry __clerk_mosaic_modal=user-profile/account. MosaicProvider removes the param on mount and opens the modal.
Mosaic no longer writes __clerk_modal_state. packages/ui/src/Components.tsx opens the legacy modal when it reads that param, so an enterprise connection could return to the wrong modal.
Known gaps: a modal opened from UserButton reopens without its options (customPages, pageOrder and others), and the reopen only happens if MosaicProvider is mounted on the page the user returns to.
Not yet tried against a real identity provider.

Walkthrough
Mosaic adds a profile-modal return marker for modal-mode account connection and enterprise SSO verification redirects. The provider reads the marker, removes it from the URL, and opens the profile modal on the Account page. Tests cover recognized and unknown marker values, StrictMode, history state, and modal- and mounted-mode redirects. The redirects no longer use __clerk_modal_state.
Users can return to a differently configured profile modal, while navigation state may also be disrupted; these issues should be addressed before merging.

Restore the original profile modal options.
When a user starts the connection flow from a UserButton profile modal configured with customPages or pageOrder, open({ page: 'account' }) reopens a modal without those options. The returned modal can therefore show different pages or ordering. Preserve the opening options across the redirect, or restore them from the return-page configuration. The PR objectives identify this return-flow gap.

Remove the Next.js marker before calling replaceState.
When Next.js App Router has patched history.replaceState, passing window.history.state with __NA makes Next.js skip its router-state update. The browser URL then changes, but useSearchParams() can retain the removed marker.
Preserve application state while removing the internal marker:
