'@clerk/nextjs': patch

Fix sign-in and sign-out getting stuck in apps with `cacheComponents`. This happened after a client-side navigation that changed a root param, for example from `/en` to `/sk`.

Register navigation before descendant layout effects.

NextClientClerkProvider passes the callbacks from useAwaitablePush() and useAwaitableReplace() to InternalClerkProvider. Their returned functions call getClerkNavigationObject(name).fun(to, metadata) without checking that fun exists.

A ready Clerk instance can expose Clerk.navigate() to a descendant during the first commit. That descendant can call it from useLayoutEffect before useInternalNavFun registers fun. The direct invocation can throw and reject the navigation.

Use useInsertionEffect for the initial registration, and retain useSafeLayoutEffect for hidden trees that become visible. Do not restore an unconditional render-time write. Add a regression test for a ready Clerk instance whose child navigates in useLayoutEffect.

Review comment at @packages/nextjs/src/app-router/client/useInternalNavFun.ts at
line 22:
Update useInternalNavFun to register navigation during the initial commit with
useInsertionEffect, while retaining useSafeLayoutEffect for hidden trees that
become visible; do not add an unconditional render-time write. Add a regression
test where a ready Clerk instance’s child calls navigation from useLayoutEffect.
