fix(mosaic): stop the trigger badge flickering with an inline renderTriggerBadge - #10456
Passing renderTriggerBadge as an inline function to <UserButton> or <OrganizationSwitcher> made the trigger badge flash whenever the parent re-rendered, for example when the popup opens. The badge request listed renderTriggerBadge in its useMemo deps, so each new function identity rebuilt the request. useDebouncedAsync then went back to pending, and the controller hides the badge while pending. The badge unmounted, the trigger narrowed, and the open popover jumped, until the promise resolved and the badge came back. The documented usage is an inline async function, so real apps hit this. Introduced in #10287.
The badge request is now keyed on the displayed kind, id and session only. useDebouncedAsync already calls the latest run through a ref, so the request still calls the newest renderTriggerBadge passed in. A new function identity alone no longer refetches or hides the badge.
When the key changes (switching organization, account or session), the previous badge is still hidden until the new one resolves. It belongs to a different user or organization, so showing it meanwhile would label the new one with the wrong plan.
Three existing feature tests swapped in a new callback and expected a refetch. They now reach the same outcomes (pending, null, failure and false hide the badge) by switching organization instead.

🔍 Trigger review
Walkthrough
The switcher trigger controller now creates badge requests based on kind, id, and sessionId, independently of the label flag and renderer. Debounced rendering runs only when a label is requested and the renderer is callable, and invokes the current renderer. Tests cover organization identity changes, missing or failed badge results, and callback stability across popover opening and rerendering. A patch changeset documents the behavior for UserButton and OrganizationSwitcher.
This change stops the trigger badge from flickering when an inline renderTriggerBadge function changes identity on a parent re-render. The badge is now refetched only when the displayed user, organization or session changes. The implementation looks sound. Some new tests check that the badge is hidden before the new result has settled, so they would not catch a regression in the null or failure cases. Tightening those assertions is a small follow-up and does not block merging.

Settle the org_9 badge result before asserting that the badge is hidden.
toHaveBeenCalledWith passes once the renderer runs, which happens before its promise settles. While the request is pending, useSwitcherTriggerController returns badge: undefined. The following not.toHaveTextContent('Pro plan') therefore passes before the null result is applied, so it does not check the settled outcome. A regression that shows a badge after a null or rejected result may not fail here. The same pattern appears in the null test in organization-switcher.feature.test.tsx and in the rejection case of hides the badge for false or on failure in this file.
Resolve the org_9 result inside act and assert after it settles:
