feat(shared): add Link provider types

Adds the Link provider slug and strategy to the shared JavaScript OAuth provider registry and compatibility values. This supplies the provider types used by the Dashboard change in the related PR set.

Validation: shared package tests passed (1,326 tests), type tests reported no errors, lint passed with existing warnings, and format checks passed.

Related draft PRs and rollout order

1. Backend: clerk_go #22849.
2. Shared credential variable placeholders: terraform-app-infra #3588. Values are empty; this PR does not apply infrastructure or populate credentials.
3. Shared JavaScript provider types: javascript #10093.
4. Dashboard: dashboard #10369. Deploy the backend before the Dashboard and publish JS provider types before the Dashboard release.
5. Documentation and unpublished changelog: clerk #3536. Merge/publish documentation with the coordinated release; keep the changelog draft unpublished until then.

No live Link OAuth setup or credentials were used. The shared credential placeholders remain empty; live authentication is unverified.
