Adds
content-cli config versions list --packageKey <key> [--json], which lists all created versions of a package or a branch (<projectKey>@<branchKey>). Team-to-Team Copy needs it so users can pick which version of a CCM package or branch to copy; content-cli had no command that lists versions (config versions getreturns a single version only).GET /pacman/api/core/packages/{packageKey}/versions(PublicPackageVersionController.findAll, samecanViewPackageVersionscheck asconfig versions get). No pacman change needed.Package <key> has no versions.With--json, the list is written to a file (the form content-deployment-pipeline will read).docs/user-guide/config-commands.mdand added todocs/command-graph.html.Relevant links
