[BUG] COUNT fails for any filter with a generic tag query #774

Describe the bug
countByFilters projects events.event_id twice when a filter carries a generic tag query
(#e, #p, #g, #h), which makes the generated SQL invalid:
ERROR: column reference "event_id" is ambiguous
SQLSTATE: 42702
Mixing a tag filter with a non-tag one in the same COUNT fails differently: the UNION branches
end up with a different number of columns.
To Reproduce
- Default settings,
nip45.enabled: true. - Send
["COUNT","sub",{"kinds":[7],"#e":["<64-char hex event id>"]}]. - Relay replies
["CLOSED","sub","error: unable to count events"].
Expected behavior
A ["COUNT","sub",{"count":N}] result.
countByFilters sets the projection on the builder it creates, then sets it again in the
isTagQuery branch. The outer countDistinct already handles de-duplication, so that second
select only breaks the query.
