[A11y] Update aria-expanded attribute when mobile navigation menu is toggled #712

Describe the Bug

The #menu-toggle button in the admin dashboard includes aria-expanded="false", but setNavOpen() in dashboard.js does not update the attribute when the mobile drawer is opened or closed.

Expected Behavior

Screen readers should receive real-time state changes (aria-expanded="true" / false) when the navigation drawer is toggled.
