Migrate from debug/console to Pino

Migrate logging from debug and console to Pino logger for better performance and structured logging.

I would like to work on this issue
My Approach will be:

I will add pino as the new logger
Replace the current debug logger factory which is logger-factory.ts with a shared Pino logger
Update debug and console calls in src/ to use logger.debug/info/warn/error
Then I will remove the old dependency
Then I will check all test cases are passing or not and submit a PR
