[BUG] Remove Sonarcloud #402
Description
Describe the bug
Currently we use Sonarcloud, but it fails to run when a PR is proposed from a fork outside the repository.
To Reproduce
- Open a PR
- Wait for Cameri to run CI checks
- CI fails on Sonarcloud step, external branch is not found in cameri/nostream repository.
Expected behavior
Sonarcloud does NOT run in CI checks.

I'm going to give a chance to @Justxd22 to work on this. If by tomorrow morning (about 8hrs) there's no progress or Justxd22 hasn't asked for time extension then I'd be happy to re-assign it.
