[BUG] Fix unit/integration tests failing to run in CI due to old actions/upload-artifact GitHub action #391

Describe the bug
We are unable to run CI checks because unit and integration tests use an old version of actions/upload-artifact.
To Reproduce
- Run CI checks for a PR
Expected behavior
- CI checks should run unit and integration tests successfully
