Need to parse HTTP version from httpspec file #29
Description
HTTP files can optionally specify an HTTP version. Until recently, we hadn't been able to support this, but now that we're using CURL instead of the Zig std http client, we should be able to support this.
This will require a change to the parser to parse the HTTP version if specified and a change to the HTTP client to use the parsed version.

I have a branch for this, but am blocked by the above. Going to assign this to myself so no one else takes it and duplicates work.
