Run the app

This quick start app has two part, front-end using Angular 6, back-end using ruby on rails API.

First, set up the rails API.

1. bundle install
2. first time set up you should run : rails db:migrate
3. rails server
4. Open http://localhost:3000 in your browser

Second, set up the angular app.

1. cd client
2. npm install
3. npm start
