Introduce support for jackson 3.x #944

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

I would like to use Auth0 java SDK in project which is based on spring boot 4.x (which enforces Jackson 3.x). Currently its not possible as SDK uses annotations from Jackson 2.x which are located in different package than in Jackson 3.x. For example JsonDeserialize

Describe the ideal solution

The ideal solution is that i don't need to create my own DTO classes (compatible with Jackson 3.x) to be able to use Auth0 java SDK with Spring boot 4.x
