Count both author and committer in commits header #904
Description
We are now showing both the author and the committer avatars in PR commit view, but we still only calculate the names (used in rendering the commits summary header) based on the author only!
Consider the following example atom/atom#13453, the current behavior is:
Note that we don't count as-cii's contribution here!
So I think a better commits header would be something like "nathansobo and others added some commits..."
