   Menu should not show at al.

   Or change it to:

   • "Stage All" - Yeah, there is the button, but some people might prefer right-clicking than moving the mouse too much.
   • "Discard All Changes" - Also requested in Would like a Discard All option #611

   Then it should be clear that the header context menu affects all files in the list.
