Currently when the user clicks the "Fetch" button, we only fetch commits for the current branch - git fetch origin my-branch

Perhaps allow users to fetch all branches by holding down the meta key - git fetch origin.

    This looks like a duplicate(ish) of #302

    Are there any plans to add the feature?
