Files from HEAD commit should appear as staged when 'amend' is checked #251
Description
Just now, I wanted to edit the message of my last commit without changing its contents. The commit button was disabled because I had no staged changes. Also when amending, you may want to unstage changes that were previously committed.

ah yes, thanks for catching this bug. I'm going to close this and open two separate issues, one for the bug and one for the possible enhancement
