ADFA-6654: Collapse the bottom sheet header by the half-expanded position - #2225
The bottom sheet header shrank over the whole slide to full expansion, so at half-expanded (where the first tap leaves the sheet) it sat at about 60% height with "Project initialized" and the swipe hint squeezed over each other. It now collapses fully by the half-expanded position and fades out on the way, so the tabs move up and the log gets that space. Likely also fixes ADFA-6307.
Checked on an emulator at font scale 1.0 and 2.0: collapsed, half-expanded, expanded and back to collapsed. At half-expanded the tabs moved up 157 px.
…tion
The header shrank over the whole slide to full expansion, so the
half-expanded sheet, where the first tap leaves it, showed it at about
60% height: the status line and swipe hint squeezed over each other,
with empty space above the tabs. It now reaches zero height at the
half-expanded position and fades out over the first half of that, so
the tabs move up and the lines never overlap mid-drag.

Collapse the bottom-sheet header from its full height at the peek position to zero at the half-expanded position.
Fade the header from fully visible to transparent during the first half of the collapse.
Keep the editor-container scaling based on the slide offset.
Add unit tests for collapse progress at, between, and beyond the peek and half-expanded positions, including a nonpositive span.
Risk: Header progress now uses the sheet’s top position and behavior.peekHeight and halfExpandedRatio. Emulator checks are reported for font scales 1.0 and 2.0; automated test results are not available.
The bottom-sheet header collapse fraction now uses sheet position between the collapsed and half-expanded states. The callback applies the fraction to header dimensions and alpha. Tests cover boundary and intermediate positions.

onSlide() derives collapse progress from the sheet’s top position and applies it to header dimensions and alpha. The caller no longer passes a slide offset. Tests cover collapsed, half-expanded, intermediate, and edge positions.
Rotating the device while the bottom sheet is half-expanded can leave an empty, invisible header-sized gap above the tabs until the sheet is moved again. The impact is cosmetic and recoverable, so the change is mergeable with a small follow-up fix.

Recalculate the header after a configuration-driven anchor update.
A rotation or other layout change while the sheet is half-expanded can restore the header height without restoring its alpha. resetOffsetAnchor() and setOffsetAnchor() set the header height to its collapsed value. Neither changes alpha. The sheet then keeps alpha 0 from the last onSlide() call at half-expanded. The header takes its full collapsed height while invisible, which leaves an empty gap above the tabs until the next slide.
Calling onSlide() from the layout post block recalculates the header from the sheet's current position and state. The same method already handles collapsed, half-expanded, and expanded states.
