Updates values-ar-rSA/strings.xml from 450 to 1,513 strings (plus 6 plurals and 3 string-arrays) to match the current English source (stage @ ffaa75b).

• 297 of the original 450 strings corrected; 1,063 new strings added, including the Quick Build, Export, Git and Profiler features
• Checked for valid XML, matching placeholders and tags, correct escaping, and full key parity with English

Successful build on Pixel 6a via Firebase.
