Set up building of the documentation from docstrings
- ideally to markdown
- upload the built docs to S3 so they can be shown on the web
- possibly through GitHub actions

Just an idea - If it's markdown in suitable format it could be also committed to the actual repository - either as README.md or DOCS.md or whatever else and available on Github and at the website we can load it from Github.
