Set up deployment of the client package to PyPI (possibly automated through GitHub actions)

    Later in the automation of this would be awsome to follow the way it's done in SDK:

    • There is only the master branch
    • Any commit to master releases BETA automatically
    • To release a LATEST you just create a release in Github UI
