Cast from DATE to VARCHAR (Utf8View) fails #17533

Describe the bug
DataFusion CLI v50.0.0
> SELECT CAST(DATE '9999-12-31' AS varchar);
This feature is not implemented: Unsupported CAST from Date32 to Utf8View
To Reproduce

Additional context
This used to work in DataFusion 47.
DataFusion 48.x is the first release affected.
