                                    var zones = $.grep(json.listzonesresponse.zone, function(zone) {
                                        return (zone.networktype == 'Advanced' && zone.securitygroupsenabled != true); //Isolated networks can only be created in Advanced SG-disabled zone (but not in Basic zone nor$
                                    });

    In sharedFunctions.js

    This filters away zones with Security Grouping enabled and thus creates this error.

    Why can't we create a L2 network in a zone where SG is enabled on other networks?

    @rhtyd @wido @DaanHoogland sorry for late response, looks like the check has not been updated for L2 networks and is considering only isolated networks. Thanks for reporting the bug @wido. Does PR #3112 solve the issue?
