Allow async requests from Http to work with precache #274
Description
Reimplementing this feature again (I removed it during beta release) with zone.js it's important for anyone starting off with server rendering to have it work

Came to this issue from #316. So until this issue is resolved, it is not possible to use data from an Http request in a template?
