The Model IDs table links to 35 missing model-card URLs (43 anchors). Update four links to published cards for the same model IDs, reuse the existing API-reference links for 12 active entries, and remove 27 dead hyperlinks from deprecated entries while preserving their names and IDs.
Validation: all replacement destinations returned HTTP 200; visible text, model IDs, and table rows are unchanged. Only docs/api-references/model-database.md changes.
