Unable to setup 3.9.10

We are unable to run GHA using version 3.9.10. Action reports 3.9.10 is not an available version:

We can run GHA with python version 3.9.10.

A description of what is actually happening.
We are unable to setup python version 3.9.10.

Hello @rjoelnorgren. Thank you for your report. Which version of Ubuntu do you use ? Python 3.9.10 is built for Ubuntu18, Ubuntu20. You can try to switch to ubuntu-20.04 tag.

@dmitry-shibanov, confirming that we were using ubuntu-latest which just bumped us to ubuntu 22. Thank you!

Experiencing this as well using ubuntu-latest. Looks like Github just bumped latest to ubuntu-22.04
