var x = [1, 2, 3] as int[];
var y = new int[]<int>(x, (value => value * 2) as function(value as int) as int);

ideallythis is just:

var x = [1, 2, 3] as int[];
var y = new int[]<int>(x, (value => value * 2));

    That constructor was removed, instead we should use x.map<int>(value => value * 2)
    I'll leave this open for now so that we check this again while fixing the tests in ArrayOperatorTests.java
