Removes the standalone API Reference tab; folds it into the Payments tab's Get Started section as a nested API Reference dropdown. Gateway/Payments/Refunds/Merchants each become their own dropdown; Overview, Authentication, and Versioning nest under API Reference. Page paths are unchanged, only navigation. Uses the Latest (2026-02-18) version tree; the Preview version's API reference is no longer separately switchable in nav since dropdowns don't support a version switcher.

Previous commit nested a `dropdown` node inside a `group`'s pages array, which Mintlify's nav schema doesn't support (dropdowns only nest directly under a tab/anchor, not inside groups) — broke the whole Payments tab in the PR preview. Converts the Payments tab from `groups` to `dropdowns` (same pattern already used by the Wallets tab), so each existing section (Get Started, For PSPs, For Merchants, For Wallets, For Checkout, AI Agents) becomes a top-level dropdown, plus a new API Reference dropdown. Versions (Latest/Preview) nest directly under the API Reference dropdown, restoring the version switcher.
Reverts Payments tab back to plain groups (Get Started, For PSPs, For Merchants, For Wallets, For Checkout, AI Agents) instead of dropdowns. API Reference now nests as a group inside Get Started, matching the existing 'Coverage & Reference' style — Overview/Gateway/Payments/Refunds/Merchants as sub-groups. Drops the Latest/Preview version switcher: Mintlify versions can't nest below a plain group, only below a tab/dropdown, so a version switcher and this nested-group layout are mutually exclusive. Only Latest (2026-02-18) content is included.
