Add breakpoint capability #90

Since we now have ICorDebug integrated, and we can "Run with debug" and we automatically attach to the software, we can now add a breakpoint capability to the software. We already have the breakpoint integration in the UI, we only need to add it to the backend and actually make it work (not just visually add a breakpoint)
