Incorrect test file path in SARIF report #1216

Description

The wrong path to the test file is found in the SARIF report when we generate tests for several classes:

(RandomUsageTest.java instead of ExampleTest.java)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the any project in IntelliJ Idea
2. Enabled SARIF inspection Add a setting to disable built-in SARIF reports visualizer #1167
3. Use plugin to generate tests for more than one class
4. See the inspection results

Expected behavior

All paths are correct
