Adds regression coverage for #276: native Codex questions remain pending when YOLO is enabled before arrival or while waiting, and an existing composer draft and staged attachment survive question arrival, answering, and renderer reload. The tests check arrival focus, exact draft and attachment bytes, one native reply, and exclusion of the secret answer from persisted app data.
The Electron setup creates an idle thread through main, reloads to hydrate renderer state, stages the draft and file, then starts a separate turn behind a fixture gate. Deliberate auto-answer, draft-clear, and attachment-corruption probes demonstrated failures; all temporary mutations were removed. No production behavior changes.
Validation: build, workspace typecheck, separate strict E2E typecheck, full unit suite (2,300 passed, 26 skipped), and four focused Electron cases passed on main 7cfb29c plus this change. Full E2E passed without retry: 481 desktop passes, seven skips, and seven site passes. Earlier host and fixture-setup failures are retained in the linked receipt.
#276 remains open for additional acceptance. Post-answer focus, approval interactions, human desktop/phone acceptance, and existing VoiceOver/TestFlight gates remain separate. See the validation receipt.
