Summary
The wire changed after v0.3.3 (#1013), so this release bumps the number once and folds the note into the version 23 line (Principle 9). After merge,
v0.3.4is tagged on main and the release workflow publishes it. v0.3.4 replaces v0.3.3, whose downloads are then taken down, as v0.2.6 replaced v0.2.4 and v0.2.5.Evidence
cargo fmt --all --checkpasses.cargo nextest run -p tcode-protocol -p tcode-traverse -p tcode-client: 117 passed.Merge Danger
Door: one-way once the tag is pushed and the release published. After that, v0.3.3 clients and hosts refuse to pair with v0.3.4 ones, which is the intent.
