Consolidate examples in the codebase #138

The movies one should probably be an acceptance test rather than it's own project and the music store is great, but it's fragile to get it running and has 4 differnet implementations (which are AWESOME to understand the value of Seleno, but I think should be in a separate repository / blog post etc. rather than in the core codebase) and it's out of date and doesn't utilise the latest stuff in Seleno.

Having one solid example showing off the up to date best practice way of using Seleno would be great.
