HTML output columns out of sync when test fails (has errors) #232

Basically, I've added a 3rd line to the public void CanRunExamplesWithReflectiveApi() , just to see how it looks when a test fails.
this bumps the header columns 1 to the right and add's an error, but the first two tests start where the 3rd has a red exclamation mark.

it looks like :

 Start  Eat  Left  Error
