Why this PR is needed?
QTDI-3640: Nexus license ends Nov 2026. Artifacts uploaded to Nexus must also be published to GitHub Packages (
Talend/global-artifacts). Sonatype uploads are untouched.What does this PR adds (design/code thoughts)?
Jenkinsfile: new non-blocking stageMaven deploy - GitHub Packages(UNSTABLE on failure,--fail-at-end) before the Nexus stage; runs for master/maintenance and for qualified dev-branch deploys (the two cases that go to Nexus)..jenkins/settings.xml:github_package_snapshots/github_package_releasesservers.ci/Jenkinsfile-release+release-3.1-perform-studio.sh: non-blocking GitHub copy of the studio modules (Nexusrelease-zl).
