Add option to update the state of all toggles when a single button is clicked.

The idea behind this feature is to allow us to implement something like "radio button" functionality: when clicking on one button, change the status of other buttons.
Maybe, it's also worth adding a note, that it should be used carefully because it might cause resource consumption spikes.
