Destroy method throw an error when enabled OnSpill plugin #1640

Problem:

When revertOnSpill property is enabled and I'm trying to destroy an instance I get an error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'changedTouches' of undefined

Please, look at an example below.
