Release Python 1.0.3 from the merged package source.

  • Return 401 instead of raising TypeError for non-ASCII webhook/Flow HMAC values and App Proxy signatures.
  • Validate shop names and domains before building token-exchange and GraphQL request URLs.
  • Return 400 from app_home_patch_id_token when the shop domain is invalid.
  • Sync optional access-scope guidance and the Gardener Slack notification format.

Merging this PR triggers the PyPI release workflow.
