Five years on a B2B short-term-rental SaaS: billing engine, API integrations, automation, performance and observability. Outside work I build and maintain open source and a few products of my own.

Projects

  • data_porter: Rails engine for CSV, XLSX, JSON and API imports. Declarative DSL, dry-run, tenant-scoped imports. 18 releases, ~660 specs, used in production in three apps.
  • WhatsRB Cloud: AI agents that turn WhatsApp messages into structured actions. Rails 8, signed webhooks, SDKs for Ruby, Python and TypeScript. Engineering blog.
  • ROK-Template: opinionated, dark-first Rails 8 starter with Phlex 2, RubyUI, Tailwind v4 and Hotwire.
  • llm-gateway: OpenAI-compatible proxy with multi-key rotation, fallback and rate limiting (FastAPI).

Technical articles on dev.to, including a 16-part series on building a Rails engine from architecture to RubyGems.
